Aja is the Program and Publications Manager for the American Association for State and Local History and also serves as President of the Inter-Museum Council of Nashville (ICON). An eighth-generation Tennesseean and Nashville resident since 2007, she holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in American history and anthropology and a Master’s in public history from Middle Tennessee State University.
